During upkeep, maintenance, repair and cleaning of plants, equipment units and components must be regularly removed and reinstalled. For the optimization of the procedures and for the adaptation to new production lines, components must be replaced through others and plant structures be extended. With the help of the module change system this installing, removing and replacing can be carried out operated by remote control and fully automatically without reduction of the operating pressure and without interrupting production.
The module change system is constructed as a model series / modular system. Manufacturers of components and equipment units can structurally fit their already developed and evaluated technologies into the module change system as new function modules. The replacement of the same function modules of different manufacturers as well as also the replacement of different function modules is possible.
